The XBOX version has the fastest load times while the PS2 version has the slowest load times. That's the only difference I'm aware of. NTSC might also be faster due to the framerate being higher.
Yeah, GCN is the platform most people run on. iirc the difference between that and Xbox is a little over a minute.
