I believe that you have the delete option but if you click it it errors out and says that you need to contact someone to delete it.
I’d ask the FF community this. I think there’s a Hori one that’s pretty good, but I’m sure they’ll have better suggestions.
You need to blow up a wall to enter DC. If that's your last cutscene, you need to s+q.

Idk, I’ve heard from multiple people gv-usb2 beats our dazzle in their experience but I have no personal experience there. As for the frame issue, that might be something else other than the dazzle eating them but it’s hard to say without testing.

gv-usb2. It’s $40 and works flawlessly. Best SD capture card out there if you hook it up with s-video and a decent powered splitter. You can usually find it on Amazon, sometimes it’s under IO Data gv-usb2.
The driver install is in Japanese but downloading them can be aided with any browser page translate and the actual install is only 2 clicks and there are countless guides online (plus messing it up doesn’t do anything bad, it just installs a second set of drivers).
You can’t use this thread to gain mod behind the current mod’s back. If they don’t want to give you mod then they don’t have to. If they are handling the runs for the game perfectly fine and there are no issues with the board then they probably don’t need help moderating the board.
RAM watch is usually tied into RAM editing and editing RAM is always banned because by it influences the game.
But, just a pure RAM watcher is often banned because you could use that to predict item drops, enemy movements/attacks, etc and that provides an unfair advantage. So while purely RAM watching doesn’t necessarily impact the game in a direct way, it impacts it indirectly by removing any essence of “random” from the game since by watching the right addresses in RAM you can predict all sorts of things.
Yeah can’t delete your own messages unless you get banned/timed out. Then the messages get removed (although numerous browser extensions prevent that anyway)
Point a webcam, your phone or something like that at the TV and make sure it’s in watchable quality.
Other than that, without a capture card there unfortunately isn’t a way to record a video of the run.
Most points have already been made here but it’s worth mentioning again that the job of moderators is to implement community decisions and wants. Obviously that doesn’t mean implementing every mundane community request, but something like a complete LB reorganization needs to be discussed with runners and the community.
You are a mod, not an elected official who has complete control over the boards and speaks for the community. Ignoring the community and doing your own thing like this is a huge failure as a moderator.

Replay% sounds like NG+ which is a perfectly valid category for games. So yes, a speedrun of that would probably be good.
It didn’t take long to update, it was most likely your cache. Your browser was most likely caching the old image so every time you loaded the page you saw the old one.
Your browser probably reached its cache limit after a few hours and started removing older cached info including the old picture so now you see the new correct one. In the future, you can force your browser to clear its cache on refresh by doing CRTL+F5. That usually lets you see the image right away.
If your game is short and it doesn’t have a lot of downtime for splitting, maybe consider not using splits and just using a timer instead. You can still use Livesplit but you will only have to worry about hitting one button/key to start and to end.
They will not be accepting a lot of Flash games any longer.
Those games are often so short, obscure and similar to each other that they often only see one run and no competition because nobody pays attention to them. They also became popular for people doing one run and then requesting the game for a “Free WR”.
So, to prevent stale boards and an over abundance of similar games, they reject Flash games.
