Idk, since like the site’s creation 3 years. It’s been slow moving on the development of it, but it is still being worked on.
Use whatever control you like.
Most people use either an N64 controller or a GameCube one. But it’s not like there’s any rules against it. Any controller will only work as well as the adapter you use (or how well the Bluetooth is picked up for PS4 controller) as well as how good your computer is at running the emulator.
Just for your own future reference, I wouldn’t use Low% in this context. I don’t know the correct term for what you’re looking for, but Low% has a meaning in speedrunning - it means to complete the game with the lowest percentage of items required/used (usually).
Also, you wouldn’t want the timer ascending option since that would put the highest “score” first if you’re using score to replace time. If you want the lowest score to be first, then replace time with the score and let the board sort it like normal. Something like put your score in the milliseconds field and then the lower score (fewer ms) will be first.
It’s not a great solution because this site isn’t set up to handle high score runs or runs that use score of some instead of time.
Avidemux changed their application to no longer count in frames in a newer version. I think 2.7 counts in milliseconds instead while 2.6 still counts in frames. Usually updates like that keep functionality of older versions but in this case they did not.
Again, I’m not 100% sure those are the right versions since I can’t check my own right now, but I’m pretty sure 2.6 is the one you want for frame counting.
Well time to buy a gv-usb2 then Kappa
But if you already do that then yeah, idk what the Dazzle is doing to mess up frames like that.
The clips being done in Any% can be easier to do on emu, but it’s not an exclusive glitch like Screevo said.
And something being easier doesn’t warrant a category split, especially for a short, silly category like Any% EG
Running the video through amerec instead of straight into OBS.
The video you see above from FurryWulfz shows why it matters.
I don’t think there is a full glitchless route for this game. Harp% Glitchless is a thing though that a few people have done.

Are the main places for purchasing 3DS capture cards. They are expensive though and there is no way around it. DS/3DS is unfortunately a pricey investment. There are homebrew ways to stream but there used to be questions about its accuracy and it had bugs. Maybe those have been fixed by now but I don’t know for sure.
What needs to be done for you to see it again is development needs to finish. Knowing tech savvy people doesn’t mean anything since they can’t just walk into a development environment and instantly know how to help. They’d have to learn a bunch of things about both sites first.
Just wait, and have patience. Something like this is going to take time. I get you want this to finish, but hounding for access or all the information is going to annoy rather than get you anything.
The most common issue with Llanfair is that you don't have Java installed. It's a Java based program so you'll need the JRE to run it.
But aside from that, you have no choice for a timer unless you use a web based one. I don't know any other popular/well known timers for Mac, but another option is LiveSplitOne which is browser based https://cryze.github.io/LiveSplitOne
You don't need a timer though. If you're able to properly frame count your run (which is more accurate provided you have good quality video without skips or frame drops) then you shouldn't need a timer. Timers are for viewer convenience only so they know your time/pace. A timer isn't required to speed run, if you have a video of your run that's all the proof you'll need to show you did it.
This wibsite isn’t Cyberscore and I don’t care how they run their site. If Cyberscore asked me if picture proof was good enough I’d tell them “No, it’s not because photoshop exists”.

No that’s not common, and I wouldn’t recommend replacing your faster time with a slower one. That is just silly and doesn’t make sense. People don’t delete their PBs when a new and faster route comes along, they keep grinding until they beat their old ones.
If your time isn’t good and there is a better route out there, then beat your time with the new route. It may not be easy but removing the actual WR and adding a placeholder one is just odd.
