First of, don't do FPG unless you want to go for WR. And btw, FPG requires 5 frame perfect inputs.

I was correcting Xein's post, he said only WR, when it is needed for a 456 or a low 457.
Well, there are other wrong warps that still save time, but lose 0.35 over optimal. I would watch kosmic's sub 5 tutorial for one of them.
