those categories already exist individually. if you happen to have a speedrun of that stipulation, you can submit on both leaderboards.
the mod team isn't really accepting new categories anymore unless there is notable interest from the smb1 community
I think there is this many for a reason or for two reasons. One - positive - people really love this game and have fun with any challenge that is competitive. Second reason might be people can be overwhelmed with the same categories over and over. But it will be as it needs to be. If there is a need to delete some categories and possibility as it was mentioned above and deleting it is what most of people who care want, then the best thing is to do so and having fun deleting. There is nothing wrong in that in my opinion.
Basically what yeabruh said. We aren't opposed to adding additional categories, but there needs to be demonstrable interest in a category idea for us to consider adding it to the leaderboards. Such a situation isn't impossible, as Crash was added to the Super Mario Bros. Category Extensions leaderboard recently, but that was following unanimous approval of the idea from several members of the community and a good handful of runners performing runs of the category. If any future ideas gain enough traction, we can certainly consider adding them to the leaderboards, but considering that Coinless Pacifist is simply an amalgamation of existing categories, I'm not certain if the category idea is popular enough to warrant its addition.

As a runner who has grinded out pacifist and worked on learning the separate no coins run, the combination sounds overwhelming and unrewarding. Although, if you figure out a way to do this run with glitchless added, I'll run the triple category.
you cant get all coins because of different paths in a level. there is a maximum coin TAS that you can look up.
if you are on this page scroll to the top and click on leaderboards. select category extensions. all powerups is already a category.

It may look fine to you, but I don't think any speedrunner would ever volunteer to try and complete a warpless walkathon run. - Especially because of 4-3, as many runs would end there.
