Okay for RSG. If I submit a run, what exactly is REQUIRED for me to submit. I just wanna make sure I'm not missing anything that's specifically required. And yes everytime I look at the rules and game category rules etc, my brain just gets confused because it's overloaded with information and my brain can't handle it. so I just want a simplified, what specifically is needed after I finish a run.

All I know is after the credits, you "Allow Cheats" so you can do /seed and /datapack and to open F3 I think. Idk if there's anything else. That all must get included into the video when submitting if I'm not mistaken? Now I'm not sure if there's anything else specifically that needs to get submitted along side it. Because I use MultiMC for doing runs (I'm assuming it's allowed) As of 2024 I'm guessing that's still okay. I'm just unsure when creating a new seed there's a mod that I use (I forgot what its called but i know k4yfour showcased it in his "How to Setup Minecraft Speedrunning Guide 2023 (Updated, legal)" video and its the one with the golden boots that you click to start runs) idk if I need to include that or something but I just feel like I need like a tutorial for everything I need to know to get a verified speedrun submitted and getting my name plastered on the leaderboard somewhere.

you need to include the entire world generation screen, you need to show f3 at least once during the run, you need to do /seed at the end, you don't need to show /datapack list but you can, you need to include the world seed in the run description and that's basically it i think

This is half true. You do not need to include the world generation in the video anymore*. So the recording can just start the frame before u enter the world and end after you /seed and have shown f3 at least once.

• you need to have the atum (gold boots) and speedrun igt mod (timer) to not show world generation but if u followed k4s guide and got all the recommended mods then ur good.

also if ur run is sub 17 or sub 13 in 1.16+ rsg (other times apply for other versions) then you are required to submit more info (world file, logs, audio etc) read the rules for more info on that
