Watermark?

I have a macbook air and I want to submit runs. Unfortunately, I need to download an extension if I want to record with the internal sound, and that extension (screenflick) has a giant watermark in the middle of the screen. Is the watermark allowed to be there to submit a run, and is there any free alternatives to record screen WITH sound on a mac? (Soundflower's versions are too old).

It’s called QuickTime Player

i think watermarks are allowed, as long as the watermark is transparent

Yes, quicktime player is available, however it doesn't record with internal sound. I know it's not necessary, but I personally find it unsettling to watch minecraft gameplay without sound.

you could purchase an inexpensive HDMI capture card and record that, you might have input delay if you use the other device as a monitor but i did that with my old computer and it was fine

@KingNoob297 i guess you can try obs at 720p 30fps and a minimum of 3500 bitrate. if you get bad fps dont use obs

Finally I figured out a way to record with audio. (Obs stinks btw. It still has no audio) What I did was I recorded on Quicktime WHILE recording using Screenflick. After both recordings are finished, I cropped the videos so they would both start at the exact same frame using Imovie, and then I detatched the audio from the screenflick recording, and overlayed it over the quicktime recording! And done! No watermark with perfectly in-sync sound!
