No because you would be "setting a seed" which is against the rules, plus the person who gave it to you could know it is a very good seed and that would be unfair.

Then the run should be called selected seed instead of random, and so it cant be RSG

@rewan If you showed seed box before run then you couldn't.

In the Random Seed category, you have to show in your video creating the new world to speedrun on, without touching the seed option.

@LukeSaward yeah because you can look up the seed and find strongholds n shit

For Rsg what if some one gave you a seed you had no expierence with
