So currently the #1 and #2 in all 7 woods have 2 different seeds. Since i am completely new to Speedrunning i would like to know if i am allowed to just use the seed of #1. I think yes, but i want to know for sure.

In set seed, you can choose any seed you want to run. So you could choose #1, #2, or any other seed of your choice.
