specifically the 3 parakoopas part. how many patterns are there? I know framerules, and I know kosmic's method of slowing down 2 frames and then going under the first guy and over the rest, but are there any techniques to know if i were to slow down for example 3, or 4, or 5 frames? is there a spreadsheet about it? purely for scientific interest. thank you.

and more: what is bbbb technique? thanks!!!

  1. You don't need to slow down for exactly 2 frames, as long as you slow down enough to run under the first koopa without dying. You don't need a spreadsheet since this technique works on almost every 8-2 framerule.

  2. Link to bbbb tutorial:

thank you. unfortunately sometimes I slow down a bit too much and the trick doesn't work, I would like to know if the movements of the 3 koopas are predictable just before meeting them, a bit like the last koopa in the staircase. so no one has ever created a speadsheet about it?

Correct me if im wrong but slowing down for about one second is enough. So you can release and Hold again imediatly which is about one second without inputs. Again. I can be wrong.

ALSO if you are talking about the 3 koopas not so long after the beginning then yes their movement is predictable.
