• just an idea, cause i believe youre kinda fucked when getting a perennial after delivering the tank. no idea about timing. obv there is a problem with the runover rampage on starfish added on this part.

Keeping your PCJ isn't necessary anymore as the "Run over Rampage" on Starfish was moved to after Sir Yes sir, so you either need a fast car or the police cheetah.

I usually try to snipe the last dude on Autocide but he never stays still long enough. Depends if you have a wanted star also (Cops seem to spawn everywhere on this mission). I try not to risk it if that happens

Edit: There is a 1 year anniversary race of the first VC 100% race on May 17th at 11am GMT. If you are cool enough to find the race doc you can sign up. Otherwise just post in this thread and I will add you. There is currently 8 people signed up

all my theories about taxi fares went to shit yesterday,..... or maybe the area already counts towards vice port so there is like a 0.1% chance of that fare happening
