Hey im new to this speedrun community looking forward on learning the No SSU Category, i was wondering is there any site that provides the GTA Vice City Game with the replay feature for free? if so please send it to me . also i would love to hear your guy's favorite category to run at the moment .

I don't really understand what you mean site that provides GTA Vice City Game with the replay feature for free however you need to buy the game on steam since it's really cheap and you need convert it to JP version which can be found in Resources on speedrun.com for the category as a beginner you should start with NO SSU since it's easy also i recommend joining the GTA Speedrunning Discord if you have any question you could simply ask them on discord. Wow i just noticed, yea is really cheap. Is it mandatory to convert it to Japanese version ? for it to count on the website as a legit run ?

You can run on international verstion of the game, but the glitch that is done in the most optimal route of the no ssu works only on jp. So I would suggest switching to japanese one. It's easy to do, just download converter that is in resources.

No SSU is the best category to start out with. If you would want to learn that category, English Ben's guide on how to run that category is recommended. He even made a video about how to convert your version to Japanese. Like Kaon said, joining the GTA Speedrunning Discord is the perfect place for you to ask questions.
