for example can i use a seed where i have already found the stronghold in creative mode so that when i speedrun in survival i dont have to use the ender eyes to find it?

You can't use a seed you have routed already for random seed. Look at the rules.

A random seed you route before running is SRG which is a category extension

well, so you load a random world, you have 10 minutes to scout the seed and play the seed and beat the game that is SRG

The only categories where you can practice a seed beforehand are SSG and SRG. In SSG you can practice as much as you want any seed. In SRG you can scout a random seed for 10 minutes, then run it right after.

If you want to practice a seed for WR, then check out the seed that most SSG players play.
