no it must be vanilla optifine or fabric vanilla can be used all versions, optifine pre 1.16 and sodium instead of optifine for 1.16+ Id recommend using optifine or fabric depending on what version you run
I’m pretty sure it’s not because you can download a mod such as tickrate changer that could either speed up game without anyone noticing or letting you make more precise movements
