Its an insane run, but i completely believe that there should be a retime counting all the unnecessary pauses. dont include pausing for eray or changing render distance or any of the stuff that everyone does. but all that pausing where he is still collecting info and playing is no different from zylenox pausing to do math, which cost him a wr. after accounting for all that its def sub 11, def still world record, but in reality, it really didnt take him under 10 minutes of playing to beat the game.

No there shouldn't cause it isnt a part of the rule set yet. Brentilda was playing after the rules.

@Yoopicul so was zylenox, but it makes perfect sense that his pause time was counted because he was advancing in the game. I agreed with the decision to add to zylenox's time, and i think that they should do the same w brentilda

The rule was any pauses during triangulation should be added to the final time. And brentilda followed all the rules and the final time should still be 9:38 cause thats the rules. You cant just apply a rule that isnt made yet to a wr that followed the rules that was enforced at the time.

He didn't need to triangulate either because of divine travel

The problem with zylenox pausing was because people were using calculators and geometry to get the exact cords of the stronghold using angles and cords, and that is different than divine travel. Divine travel gets you an angle that you should travel at, so that youre about within a few hundred blocks of the portal, you still have to throw eyes and it is still luck based. Using a calculator, or pen and paper, to geometrically find the cords of the portal is definitely different. Plus most of the pauses in it were just him surveying the land and gathering his thoughts, he only paused twice to figure out the divine travel. I highly doubt it is faked, and I don't think it should have the pause times added on. Maybe in the future they should change the rules on pauses but for this run the rules have allowed for Divine travel and there are no rules disallowing the usage of pauses for it.

I think they should add the time that he used for talking to chat to remember some info. Not sure about other pauses, but that definetely should be added. I feel unfair for zylenox, since he did the thought processes using the pause, as well as brendita. And no matter for what exact purpose. I think it shouldn't be sub 10.

It’s been stated that u can get help from chat so I think it’s fine-I think the 9:38 should stand bc under current rules he’s not doing anything wrong-they can change the rules later
