Perfect travel question

Is perfect travel allowed in a run? The guide found below makes it clear that there are no calculations and can be done with a lookup table, but I'm still not sure whether it would be allowed in a real run? It uses a twitch bot that accesses the lookup table and outputs the result from that.

The guide is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JTMOIiS-Hl6_giEB0IQ5ki7UV-gvUXnNmoxhYoSgEAA/edit#

And the lookup table the bot uses is found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_Lp_DfQkFiAfgOm3ubj95Gz3jp_0YND1Mhcin8I8m6c/edit#gid=77003740

An example of perfect travel is here:

I'm pretty sure the lookup table's use on it's own should be allowed for use, just using [ctrl f] and typing in the angle would work to find the offset, but I'm still not 100% on either the bot or the spreadsheet.

Netherlands

yeah its allowed including using the spreadsheet (but no calculators)
