The thing is that the PAL PS1/PC game and the PAL PS2 game are quite different (see my original post). So for that matter, the best solution would probably be Any% PAL; Subcategories: (1) PS1/PC and (2) PS2. Don't know about the U.S. (NTSC) games though.
Thanks! If you now could add PS2 as a platform and PAL as a region to choose from that would be great!
Also maybe a variable for the game language (since different language means different game in some way)?
That's all I could think off right now :)
Hey! I'm running the german PS2 version for this game and as you see here , the "concept" of the game is completely different compared to the (NTSC) runs on the board. That's why it would be nice to have a Any% PS2 category (since the PC version, at least the one I know, is different from this again, see here ; the at least german PS1 is in the same style aswell, click here )
So do you think it's better to request a completely new game for this or would seperate categories for PAL on this board make more sense to you? Greetings, tocaloni1
Edit: found the british version, so WWTBAM 2nd edition PAL seems to be one game regardless of language.
@Racingmonster You implement the autosplit-file as stated in the Resources-Tab where you download the autosplitter. Once that's done, starting the split and splitting works automatically. In case you have problems, you may post it here or contact tcd11 (who made the autosplitter).
As can be seen in the current run of tcd11, it is often not possible to determine the frame where granny starts moving (unless one has an input viewer in the VOD) which is why the Sony Vegas solution often isn't accurate.
Also the other boards aren't wiped for (a) the reason tcd11 mentioned and (b) the other categories are not in need of more precise timing due to them not being 6 seconds long - so an autosplitter doesn't make sense for those.
Depends on how the autosplitter would work and where it would split. Regardless, only the Any% category would be affected since it's the only category where it'd matter in terms of timing precision.
Yes, this event and the stream will be held in english (it's basically a ESA side-event, just in germany) For further questions make sure to check out the ESA Germany Discord linked in the sidebar! :)

I just discovered none of the submitted splits are displayed at the bottom of the page anymore as can be seen here:
(Source: http://www.speedrun.com/run/7z081jem )
If you click on the splits.io link at the bottom, you still get directed to the submitted splits though.
The Prince of Persia Community (including me) will hold a marathon for PoP games on 21-23 Oct '16 and for the sake of attention and having a central organisation point, a page for that marathon would be cool. Thanks in advance :)
Don't know if that was requested yet, but as a game mod for quite some games/series I rarely see any forum post for "my" games and often forget to check them (so I read kinda important forum posts days later, sadly has happened multiple times in the past :( ). How about a notification whenever a new thread gets made in a game I'm mod for? :) If this idea was proposed yet, just ignore me :)
Okay, thanks for your answer! (the pop community decided that an own page for that beta demo doesn't make much sense so I deleted it, still good to know for future references :) )
I saw that you can set games as pre-releases (betas) of other games like the Crash Bandicoot Beta does:
I tried to do this for the Beta of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time aswell ( http://www.speedrun.com/pop_sot_beta ), but the pre-release-option is greyed out and I can't click on it (as can be seen here)
Hope, someone can help me with that :)

If you want this spreadsheet for yourself and if you have a google account, you can select 'Data > Make copy' (since this file is protected for obvious reasons).
Notes: - you can keep track of the cards you already got (column 'C').
- Also you're able to sort the table by card colour, name or location (little symbols in row 1).
- Finally, there's a box that tells you how many cards you already obtained provided you filled out column 'C' correctly.
Thanks to Pull for giving me a raw file he made with all the cards and where to obtain them which I converted into this sheet :)
What happened to the option "Series moderators have power here" (or something like that)? I wanted SkeletN to change that for http://www.speedrun.com/Prince_of_Persia_The_Sands_of_Time because that option was enable quite a while ago (before the layout update happened) so we have active super mods again but that option seems to be gone? Hope someone can help me :)
I double checked that I submitted working splits, but they don't appear on the bottom of the page when I check my PB. (But I'm aware that you maybe disabled that feature temporarely because it was fucked up in regards of the layout and you're trying to fix that already.)
That's weird, I've never seen that before. Does that happen constantly? Also you might want to join the Discord Server for PoP Speedrunning since it's way more likely to get help there than here in the forums :) https://discord.gg/Y7rzhm2
