As long as you can see every pixel in the ender eye on 30 fov, you should be fine. Even then as long as you know where to look you should be able to triangulate. Calculated should work on literally any display.

Currently there is no version split for hdwgh, though there are many effects added in the 1.14 update that make the times absurdly different when compared to previous versions.

It uses a glitch that comes with ending javaw that prevents minecraft's in game timer from updating, this allows times of 5 seconds to beat the game, and is the reason it's a seperate category, because there's no reason a glitch shouldn't be allowed in some sort of glitched category

What's the point of a server for singleplayer that takes longer to reset and you can't submit to src?

I'm pretty sure the lookup table's use on it's own should be allowed for use, just using [ctrl f] and typing in the angle would work to find the offset, but I'm still not 100% on either the bot or the spreadsheet.

Is perfect travel allowed in a run? The guide found below makes it clear that there are no calculations and can be done with a lookup table, but I'm still not sure whether it would be allowed in a real run? It uses a twitch bot that accesses the lookup table and outputs the result from that.

The guide is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JTMOIiS-Hl6_giEB0IQ5ki7UV-gvUXnNmoxhYoSgEAA/edit#

And the lookup table the bot uses is found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_Lp_DfQkFiAfgOm3ubj95Gz3jp_0YND1Mhcin8I8m6c/edit#gid=77003740

An example of perfect travel is here:

In top SSG runs, runners collect the items in a chest in less than a second. Is there a guide on how to do this trick?

It shows the theoretical limits of an rsg speedrun, and is a bit longer than a normal ssg run, so introduces bigger time saves.

What do all of you think about an ssg run, but you have to enter through a 0 eye portal?

2 subcategories: f3 and no f3, similar to normal runs but with an actual category split.

Can someone disprove this strat for me, doesn't require a village, simply get 2 book and quills. Put abatised redivides in one, and does anyone know of a dimesion containing beds? This allows no-village runs to happen. Respond to this with a. No bed dimensions exist or b. The words to put in the book and quill.

Why isn't trading strats used in rsg speedruns. It should negate the need for nether and enderman, correct? What's the flaw in this logic. The ssg speedruns use this, so why doesn't rsg speedruns use the same?

If a run is completed on the server, could I submit it to speedrun.com?

Los Angeles, CA, USAMathbook3 years ago

Ok. I was thinking about the brush. The ability to unearth blocks and items randomly just adds another level to speedrunning. I think it depends on the crafting materials required for the brush.

Does anybody know how 1.17 will affect speedrunning? I feel like it won't change too much, so will it have it's own leaderboards, or will 1.16 now be 1.16+?

Thank you! Is it okay if I start the timer after I get in the game, but before I move?

For real time, it will be easy enough to check the frames, and find the time that way, but how will I make the livesplit time match that? Im activating the livesplit time manually, and I want it to match the real time. Also, is there a way to measure in game time? How would I calculate that manually?
