only return the top N places (this can result in more than N runs!)
The /games part of the API was down a few days ago, so that might've been the cause for your errors, but it's been long fixed and these errors shouldn't appear anymore
Use the API to get all users for each run https://github.com/speedruncom/api optionally delete all duplicate users so you only have unique users.
This is more a question for https://www.speedrun.com/rush2049/forum
@Daravae issue is, in terms of speedrunning, the game's non-existant / dead on speedrun.com anyway. total run-time of 10 minutes, and 6 runs total with last run from a year ago and inactive moderators. him moderating the page temporarily for this and get some life into that game doesn't seem to be too much of an issue.
If he was to stay a moderator or not, it would not matter as basically no activity is there.
as far as I can tell, the moderator for the game are inactive (1 year & 3 months respectively), so you could explain the situation to the full mods / site admins they could make you moderator for the game page and set that thing up yourself. if you don't want to moderate it further than just your competition, you could unmod yourself afterwards.
there's a thread for that https://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/63nr7 here.
Thanks for everything you did for us all in those 4 years! Good Luck on your future stuff and live a healthy life.
Twitch has a great setup page for that https://www.twitch.tv/broadcast
^ exactly, better be well fed but uncool, than cool & living off of welfare.
most modern tvs have ratio settings you can use to manually set the way it's displayed, so "stretching" isn't an issue.
If you're doing individual ones, use only IGT per level.
If you're doing the full one, use both RT & IGT.
I forgot to put in the rules, sorry about that.
"RTA Timing begins when you press a to select the first level of the Clip Picross, and ends when you finish the last."
For starters, your name is greyed out and when you hover over it it says banned. you're still able to use the site like a logged out user would and you can still do things like change your username, etc.
You can't submit runs, you can't submit forum posts, and I think you can't even like them. (for proof of name-changing, see https://www.speedrun.com/user/MrRacingmonster who changed his name at least twice after he was banned.)
The plot (if not the entire script) would have already been set in stone before she even had the role.
The way her character is written into the story doesn't convey that, she has maybe 5 mins of actual screentime in a 3 hour movie but a way too big impact on the flow of the story. the general plot might've been done, but there was definitely a push to make Cpt. Marvel the deus ex machina. Otherwise the bois might've had to be somewhat competent like in IW?
and no, I didn't mean anything I wrote hyperbally, I seriously feel like she pulled some cards.
It was an okay Movie, there was a lot of "lulwat" and asspulls that seem like they wrote themselves in a corner. Cpt. Marvel being in it also wasn't exactly good - she probs told the writers "if I don't get to be the person to save the day I'll spread around you're anti feminist".
@Komrade Depends on how they market themselves, if they just say "We're a pokemon mmorpg" chances are good they're gonna get taken down. but if by chance they say "we're a modification that cannot run on its own, we don't infringe on any rights by ourselves" like pokemmo, they have a good chance of staying up (like pokemmo all these years)
