Phosphor is compatible with Sodium but solely optimizes the lighting engine of minecraft.

I don't think this would give any advantage except for game optimization via FPS. I just wanted to see if this could be an exception of the mod banning rule because this is technically a mod.

I haven't done any testing on this I just want to see if it could be allowed.

Yea Phosphor and Lithium can be used alongside Sodium in 1.16+

I found this out on VRplaYK's verifier tips for speedrunners, in the 2nd post under number 10, mentions that you can use Sodium + Phosphor + Lithium for 1.16.
