emulators are allowed in many games but not here... Why? In those games are all cheaters?

It's a very strange thing that glitch and bugs are allowed and emulators not because emulation=cheating
Nobody is saying emulation is cheating. Wii and Gamecube games will ban emulators in most cases because the only real emulator out there is dolphin which has built in easy to use save state and tas functions. Also you can just buy a wii for like 15-20 bucks lol
i've a Wii, but i don't know how can i capture the run. Any advice?
Is there a way to know if a player use TAS or cheats? for example, you can show your dolphin screen that shows that you aren't using any cheat or tas before you start a run. Is an idea?
