PAL and Mario's speed
So i read that in PAL, fast accel. does not work as it is faster to run on the ground, does this mean you'll lose less frames in PAL if you hit the bottom block of the flagpole compared to NTSC? Does this also mean in PAL, in more levels is it not a time loss to hit the bottom block instead of the top. Interested as i run PAL
