Ya, use Bizhawk with Snes9x core or bnes, Snes9x core will run better, but it is less accurate. You can also download snes9x seperately.
@eddiecatgaming If it is, that is weird. ZSnes doesn't emulate lag properly and is extremely inaccurate.

There's so many emulators out there, I don't think it's reasonable to make an exhaustive list of what is and isn't allowed. We like to have data about the accuracy and especially the framerate before we start accepting runs from an emulator we don't know much about due to the level of optimization this game has where frames and milliseconds matter.
I would also stay away from web browser emulators and emulators on your mobile device (phone, tablet, etc).
