How to become a moderator?

So, can I be the mod of Super Mario Bros. Category Extensions or both SMB and SMBCE? I asked already everybody I could, but nobody answered. Not destiny?

There seems to be enough mods at this time and they do not appear to be looking for more.

Pretty much what @TwitchName said, games usually don’t need more mods to verify runs, and if they do, there will be a mod application most of the time, but SMB and SMB CE doesn’t need any more mods at this point, since the current group of mods can handle the amount of runs in the verification queue.

Plus, there's a lot of information to know about this game that you may not know to be mod.

I just wondered, becuase I got no any answer, if I can't be mod, why they didn't say it to me? And there is not enough of mods, super mario bros. category extensions runs waiting months before being verified. And, of course, I don't know a lot of information, but I think they can tell me. Of course, I'm not super player or super old member, but Ihave some game exeperience and want runs to be verified faster.

The Category Extensions are fine. They verify runs pretty fast there. Even if the somehow don't you can always message them on Twitch or something to verify it. This board along with the CE has way more mods than most leaderboards. If they ever do need a mod they would most likely not pick you as your not as tied to the community as other runners. Maybe if you become closer to the community for a few years and have a pretty good time you may be mod.

@Otterstone_Gamer Some peoples' runs on category extensions have been held for over a month, nearly 2, without hearing back or being contacted by the moderators. But we can't ask otherwise we'll get spammed with "be patient, they have lives, they will get to your run eventually."

maybe you should take their advice and be patient?

We don't need new or more mods, but it takes 2 months to verify runs. Perfect logic there.

Be closer tied with the community? I don't think it's seriously important, but I was there for a long time (and it was pretty good time, lol). Mod AD2 was only one, who answered me and he didn't say that I can't be mod, he said that he can't add mods and it might be someone else. But someone else didn't answered in twithc message and didn't wrote a forum post here for me. And now I don't have that much time to be mod then month ago, but I'm pretty sure there is somebody to help us.
