First used in a "Human Theory" TAS made a while back by HappyLee. Set-up: Buffer a Full jump at the start of the level then you have 3 different frames to let go of right In the air. It can be at any point in the level before the stair inputs.
Releasing Right Info: 0 frame right release: Doing D70 inputs = Gives D30 Doing D50 inputs = Gives D10
1 frame right release: Doing D70 inputs = Gives D50 Doing D50 inputs = Gives D30
2 frame right release: Doing D70 inputs = Gives D70 Doing D50 inputs = Gives D50
3 frame right release: Doing D70 inputs = Gives D90 Doing D50 inputs = Gives D70
Notes:
- If you think you got a 3 frame release go for D50 set-up since the D70 set-up gives you D90.
- D30 is humanly possible but is very hard to do.
- The range that is humanly possible is D30 - D70

Thanks to Somewes for info about this and help figuring the set-up out.
