That’s HDMI-out right? So if you want a capture card, you just need to look for an HDMI capture card, which there are plenty of. You could get recommendations in the general forums if you make a post there.
Another option is just to point a camera at the TV screen.

If you have a desktop pc I would recommend the EVGA XR1. It'll do 60fps 1080p just fine.
