So the rules for the all plagues category seem kinda vague. In the sense that, does it only count the "base" plagues as "all" plagues, or is it truly "all plagues" (including the Simian Flu and Shadow Plague).
The reason I bring this up now, is because while either answer may seem obvious; is because if/when Plague Inc. adds new plagues, then does it invalidate all previous runs?
My idea, which may be the wrong one mind you, is to just consider the base plagues (Bacteria to Bio-Weapon). Because those are the uniform ones. You know?
That’s actually a good point, since they could still add new plagues, but maybe the mods could add the different subcategories, by marking it as either the evolution number the newer plagues released on (aka Initial release, Evolution 8, etc.), or mark the different subcategories as the final plague. This is the solution I would propose.
Yeah, I'm planning to submit a run soon just doing the base plagues right now, so I'm hoping to get a clarification on this as early as possible.
