Disabling fog.
With optifine, there is a feature that allows you to turn off and on fog. Turning off the fog allows the player to see much better in the nether. I'm wondering if this is aloud or not. There is no rule saying otherwise.

i would assume not but im not a mod so just dont for now and be safe
