@Zanum, the amount of replies in "Recent Threads" is calculated by taking one away from the amount of replies. Where the original post by the thread author also counts as a reply. But this has been deleted. SRC doesn't realise that the original post has been deleted. Meaning there are zero replies. Zero take away one is negative one.
@jap_a, there is, but it's not really a list, but more a set of guidelines. There's also a list of accessibility resource packs allowed.
