My laptop is pretty bad so is it against the rules if I load the world and pause the world and timer to let it load?

iirc timing starts at first input so pausing should be allowed. But once the timer starts pausing wouldn't be allowed anymore.

timing starts on world load for rsg

but pauses arent timed at all if your run isnt sub 13 and you can also click out of the game window before loading into the world so it starts paused
