Could we create a Only Independent Major Power %?
World conquest is such a slog in this game, after you defeat the first major faction in the game you have pretty much won, and if you conquer/puppet all the other majors in the game (USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Soviet Union) The rest of the WC is just a slog of justifying and declaring easily won wars that takes a long time to do.
