Hey! I want to start speedrunning SSG 1.8.9, but I have two questions.
1. Is Lunar Client 1.8.9 allowed?
2. What texture packs can I use?

1. No, only optifine is allowed for pre 1.16 (like 1.8.9)
2. Anything that isnt advantageous is allowed, you can read the game rules for more details

I’d suggest sticking to vanilla textures, it makes everyone’s lives easier
