Tool: New FPSFIX

A new version of FPSFIX that doesn't close when you close the game. This helps with the new PC routes that involve closing the game. It also has an updated UI, just simply click the - and + icons until the fps is just under 30. You still need Dxtory to display the FPS as that is the accepted program for the leaderboards.
