I decided to post this here, as I am quite worried. A few days ago, a user by the name of xx_420_blazit_xx / Nobodycallsmetubby deleted his Twitch, YouTube and SRC account. Here's my theory: Before he went blank, his channel description read "I'M BACK BAY-BEE!" So this could've mean't that this had happened before.
Me and My Friends who knew him well are very worried, what could've happened to him?
Can someone help me find whatever happened out?
Did I come off bad? Sorry if I did, but you didn't have to delete the post. We need any evidence we can get at this point.
@Hayden977 ok thanks for the clarification. If you could find that screenshot that would be awesome.
I'm still trying. I want to know where this legend is as much as you do.
You have nothing linked, but through searching, we've found your Twitter, Soundcloud, and YT accounts. Your YouTube ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJTRMqGaTlg4lRdORX4kYeg ) is nothing special, appears to be a meme dump. Same with the SoundCloud ( https://soundcloud.com/hayden977/ ), just seems to be a meme account. The Twitter we found, though... ( https://twitter.com/SkyCloudEcho ) Our team is basically proving you're Blazit rn. Because of several tweets. A recent one talks about finding Blazit, and another one from December 2017 talks about cleaning the channel up. Blazit's Twitch account's last follow (xx_420_blazit_xx) is RoyLGamer, about a week ago. If Roy would give chat logs from Nightbot to me, I could possibly find out activity of this account, but I have no access to these logs. Apparently, Blazit was seen on Twitch a few days ago in GoofyChocobo's stream, but I have no screenshots to back this up.
@SomeBroYouDontKnow ikr. I'm not blazit (although this would be an amazing charade). I'm still looking for the real one.
Right now I'm trying to get the Twitch logs. I won't be on here until I find something but I will check in for updates. :)
UPDATE: I asked RoyL and he has no idea.
I didn't personally know blazit but I do remember him very well. I am sad to hear he has seemingly quit speedrunning, and even more sad to hear that no one has heard from him. I pray that nothing is wrong and I hope @noobguy57 or another figured this out.
While I completely agree that it is very unfortunate that Tubby mysteriously vanished from the internet, I figure it is probably what he wanted to do. While it is possible (though unlikely) that something bad happened to himself or someone got unauthorized access to his social media, I think he probably left for a good reason. This doesn't need to be turned into an investigation. He likely is fed up (either temporarily or permanently) with the community and wants to remove himself from the scene.
I just felt like I should voice my opinion here. If you happen to be reading this, Blazit, me and many others would enjoy your help and presence in this community as you are a great friend who has contributed to speedrunning as a whole.
Effective immediately, any submissions using the SNES9x emulator will not be verified. The SMB1 mod team has concerns about its integrity due to its ability to overclock and remove lag frames, which may not be easily detectable. Additionally, we request that all BizHawk submissions avoid using the S
