GQ can kill enemies pretty far below ground

This only works for enemies below Fox, not above

Maybe no-airswim DIME can be done RTA? GQ is probably required though.

Ground Quake can damage HighTop through the ground, but sadly we cannot hit the switches this way

In Discord there was talk about maybe using explosive barrel clipping to hit switches, combined with the glitch to keep switches activated. But this seems super slow and not RTA viable.

Seems useless, but cam-lock can bypass the collision of the dinosaur by WarpStone if used far enough away

It seems you can get a crash if you feed right before an "cam-lock out of range soft-lock boundary" if you do not move.

Hard to explain the glitch, hopefully it makes sense.

I think I found this before, but I didn't know the exact steps.

If you ESW into CRF on a file that has never opened the front gate, you can cause a cutscene void by loading the main area and then backtracking in the entrance tunnel

Unfortunately, Fox is too low to hit any meaningful triggers this way.

I figured out what causes the CRF cutscene void

An ESW checkpoint extends through the wall, allowing you to trigger it from the wrong spot.

This checkpoint is only active while rescuing baby cloudrunners

I found a way to get cam-lock storage in CRF. This can be used to unload the dungeon, but it's not useful.

We can keep this storage once we climb out, but there is nowhere to activate the storage that I can tell

So without another discovery, this is useless

Can drop the lock here, but it gets canceled easily:

I used hacks to re-enable Rocket Boost discovery to try this location as well:

If we could perma-cube the K3 door, we could get K3 without ESW.

To get passed K3 door, we would drop on it from above. To get out, we can just walk out.

Cannonless CC3, does not require portal opener, flame, or using the cannon. Also does not use any ESWs

Not useful in route, unless we find a way to skip K5 fire.

Strangely I got Volcano Force Point Temple files to load from the ThornTail Sewer. I used one hack to freeze Fox's X coordinate to prevent going back in-bounds from the current.

Rena reported getting Moon Mountain Pass text to appear here using a free-move hack.

This is super weird and should be investigated. These maps are not close, and there is no good reason the files should load.

For what it's worth, I was swimming against the current and went around:

This could easily be a bug in Dolphin Memory Engine as well. Unclear. VFPT and the Sewer line up horizontally, so if somehow the X value is being written to as a larger value temporarily, this can happen.

I thought I found an ice block skip, but for some reason this doesn't work after you collect the alpine root

We can do DIME from any swim height by walking above TTH, doing a backpedal drop, then doing water height control in a small corner of the TTH waterfall.

Loses 15 seconds to just swimming normally sadly.

You can also swim into the bomb spore room nearby and pick up 2x Fuel Cells by swimming under them.

Partial "Ma Skip"

Does a cutscene warp after planting bomb in MM Pass, and skips digging the well.

I don't think this saves time. You still need to eventually warp back again after reloading TTH and watch both cutscenes.
