Do you mean the Save State file that FCEUX makes whenever you make a Save State? Also, it the ROM Super Mario Bros PAL, USA/Japan, or Duck Hunt?

Yeah I did this once in 4-2 and had no idea how I did it... that cured boredom for 5 minutes... lol

This is not possible, because on the “edge” of the underground section, there is an autoscoll-lock object, making so that you can’t go any farther than the desired amount. This would be cool, but if you use hacks, then you will just get stuck in the pipe. (I have tried it before).
