Hey there :)
I am currently learning and working on an Any% glitchless run since nobody did one so far. It works well and i am confident that I will verify one in the next two weeks if everything keeps working as it does.
But I just want to make sure that I don't use any trick that is called "Glitch" accidentally. I used no corner bugs, no infinite medi packs or what this trick is you normally use in gliched runs. Are there any more glitches I could have used? Please give me some glitch examples :)
Hope you can understand what i mean. My pb is 2hours and 22minutes so far and i hope i can push it down some further.
Greetings!
Hey,
well there are some specific points in the game where the doublejump does not work at all or just after you jumped with a normal jump before attempting to double jump. (on these points it sometimes look like a little lagg...maybe this is what you mean)
These places where you can't doublejump are in some stages right after a checkpoint. For example Level 14 (Dragoon Skyfort) after the dragon passage: You enter a checkpoint and then you have to do a single jump...then you can double jump. Without a normal jump right before youll never be able to doublejump here. There are more checkpoints like that in the entire game.
So all in all, the double jump mecanics are kind of messed up in this game and it needs some time until you don't get screwed by the bad programming :D
hey,
first of all we are very happy to hear about the fact that there are more people who are interested in this game! :) Emeraldsw0rd also wanted to try out 100% runs (i guess they would need some more time to finish than any% :D ) We could try and when you want to run 100% we can add this category.
I am looking forward for your runs :) Good luck because this game is much of a troll
Hey DigitalMasterpieces,
hope you'll read this thread because we want to ask you if you couldmoderate emeraldsw0rd and me for this game cause we are pretty active speedrunning it and it would be nice for changing rules, editing game, confirming runs etc.. Greetings!
