SupporterYou guys took my super mod place and set up another user as mod.
You may have been removed due to being an inactive moderator.
Maybe you left multiple runs pending for a long time. Or you didn't respond to any messages asking for you to verify runs or checking if you're active.
You guys refused to reauthorize my mod and didn't give a clear explanation of it
If you submitted support tickets and they got rejected, then what were their rejection reasons? This can be found in your notifications. Could you provide screenshots?

If that game is already on the site, then look through its categories to find it. If it's not there, request the category by messaging in its forum or Discord.
If you want to request a new game for the site, then read the forum post I sent above. You'd need to request it with the Minecraft Custom Content Series.

But yes, the time input is meant for you to enter the time of the run.
You can calculate an estimated time by looking at your video's start and end timestamps and then subtract the two.
The game's moderators should retime the run to be more accurate.
Unless this isn't a Speedrun.com issue that you're talking about? Is it within the game?
It's because they're on easy difficulty - easy doesn't have the padlock code.
If they have they speedrun mod installed, then you can see what difficulty they're on by looking at the end of the run.
It means you haven't entered a valid time to your run, of course.
If you can't calculate your exact time, like with the milliseconds, then just put an estimate.
When you tried to submit the run, was there an error message?
As the error message should explain the issue. If not, then I can try to help and explain.

@panabaja, I could. But if I wanted to add a new sub category, then I would have to remove all the other difficulties to only allow these 2 to be played. Currently, Speedrun.com doesn't have arbitrary variable mapping.
Or I could add Glitchless onto the difficulty sub category?
But 1.3-1.6 gate play is similar, not adding trouble-free will be very boring, I think it can be like pc, just add two, glitchless arbitrary mode and glitchless Extreme

Adding a glitchless category would double the category count. And I don't want this leaderboard to become too messy with too many categories.
And WRs aren't supposed to be easy to get. They should be somewhat challenging, this makes them more impressive.
If a glitchless category is added, then I'm not sure how many people would run it in older game versions.
