there's a 9 eye 240 blocks from spawn: -361046194
kinda bad though
There's an Any% Peaceful category, which uses a patched mobile glitch that lets you get any item, but we should add an Any% Glitchless Peaceful category because before 1.9 you could trade for eyes of ender, meaning you can beat the game in peaceful. Also a working 12 eye seed was found 200k blocks from spawn recently (seed will probably be revealed soon).
So yeah. Would be cool if this category was added.
I made a simulator for this kind of thing a while back, I'll just post it here because I don't know what to do with it:
yes, theres a savanna village in the 9 eye at spawn seed
this is a 9 eye seed 300 blocks from spawn with fortress: toycat put it in his video but i think he'll come out with a better one next seed sunday
-361046194
worlds with the same seed will always load the same way,
BUT different seeds can load in different ways, not just always in the corner
Can we add a category for SSG speedruns but we have to use an End Portal with 0 eyes filled in? Currently almost all SSG runs use 11 or 12 eyes. This new category would introduce new seeds and strats (like looting or trading).
I figured out a strat on the current SSG seed which can save 15 seconds or more. You go to the Nether as usual, then you come back and there is a stronghold chest nearby that will change its contents to include an Ender Pearl if you have a low render distance/haven't already loaded the chest.
This means you don't have to mine blocks and tower up the the Bastion, you can just throw your pearls up. This can save more than 15 seconds if your Nether loading time is fast.
Here's some research on the top 3 SSG runs:
Real Time (rounded to nearest thousandth):
- Danny15 - 4:02.533
- ElTreago - 4:02.567
- delt - 4:04.400
In-Game Time (rounded to nearest thousandth):
- ElTreago - 3:59.400
- Danny15 - 4:00.267
- delt - 4:01.133
Ok, so I guess we’re gonna keep using Real Time.
I just think it isn't really fair that some people can get an advantage over others because of the speed of their device.
Does Bedrock measure with real time? If so, why? Is it possible to switch to in-game time because it’s really unfair to players with slower devices.
