Ah, ok. Unfortunately, no, after falling in you won't be teleported back, so there's some risk to it in that sense.
I think a moderator should retime Ractrot's recent WR. The reason I say this is because he encounters game freezes starting from ~27:00-28:05(twitch player) and he also split early for the first cutscene and late for the last.
Went through the freezes and they lose a combined total of 4.2seconds; so with his early/late splits considered his time should be 1:26:01.

Wonder why this was never tested. ¤shrugs¤... Anyway, the hitbox is in the bottom left corner of the boat. Just as easy as the 2nd pier strat and roughly 3-4 seconds faster... Don't stand too near of the pole or you won't be able to shoot.
Maybe I need to test the nade strategy out some more, but from what I gathered, it isn't a reliable strategy. I also tested the M60 using this strategy, but with the same result. I think under ideal circumstances the rpg should be nearly as fast as using the M60 for T2, but with that said, I reckon there will be more risk, like missing a shot or being in the blast range.

Good job, Fil. So, I guess the best time to pickup the rpg is pw2... Unfortunately you lose the M60, but there's just enough rpg ammunition for t2+3 (4 rounds). Anwyay, nice to see the end game get some optimization. :)
Great job, Ricecooker. :) Tested it with a pcj (couldn't find a sanchez) and it's so easy. The animation doesn't bother me too much since I take enough time switching to the kruger also. ;P On a side note, grats on your PB :D
I'm quite sure there's a one frame window for this trick... Since the cutscene is dependant on being inside of a Kaufman Cab, you essentially have to get out of your taxi as the cutscene is being triggered. Here's an example in gta3: In Luigi's Girl, on the other hand, the end cutscene is dependant on claude/misty being inside the marker, not being inside of a car, so there's a bigger window to get out of the car.

(~-2sec) Looks faster from what I've tested. >_>;; I guess I forgot to mention that it's imperative to hold right to grind properly so that your bike can't "throw" your PCJ elsewhere.
Influenced by mamamia's mall shootout strategy. It's easy to under/overshoot the positioning of the pcj in relation to the marker. As long as you're grinding against a wall, your pcj will stop immediately once you've bailed from it, despite how fast you're going.
