What is happening with the issues with the mobile site? It’s been broken for a number of weeks now.
It looks like the mods decided to have Mac runs submitted under iOS. That’s their decision. Complaining here isn’t going to change anything.
This comes down to each game’s community, though it seems to usually be accepted based on what I’ve seen.
My guess would be that there was another user before you named “jacks” to whom that run belonged.

What needs to be in the recording will vary from game to game, but generally a recording of just the screen will be sufficient.
Is there a video game called “make eggs,” or are you just trying to get this site to track non-video game activities?
First of all, 10 months ago is when that user signed up for an account. They were last online 3 months ago.
Moderators can set their account to receive an email notification when there is a new run to verify. So submit your run, and if after a couple of weeks it hasn’t been looked at, then you can reach out to the moderator on their social media.
