@Dangerless I will contact the person who keeps uploading single player records @WDRickGrimes047 and see if he wants to become a mod. It still does not solve the mystery of how @WDRickGrimes047 is getting his runs approved frequently when the mods list have no active social presence and other runs are getting totally ignored.

We have submitted a run to the Sunset Riders (Sega Genesis) board under the co-op category. The run has been unverified for over 30 days. I posted on the forums of that game with no success and tried to contact all the moderators who seem to have left gaming all together. During this period other runs have been approved including a few in the single player categories. I am not sure who is approving those runs and completely ignoring ours. I have also resubmitted the run hoping to gain the attention of whomever is obviously still monitoring that board but to no avail.I do not wish to be a moderator for the game, what can be done? Thanks.

A run was just approved for the normal category days ago so somebody is definitely monitoring it. I just want to know why that run was approved and mine is a month old?

I have had a pending co-op run for over a month now. I am just curious if this even been looked at or if I need to escalate because the moderators are no longer active.

My sincerest apologies for this forum post. It's actually for the genesis version and for some reason my brain assumed the boards were combined. Which in this case makes no sense at all. I will raise a ruckus in the Genesis forum. Keep up the good work everyone!

I submitted a Co-op run about a month ago and it still hasen't been approved. There have been two other runs approved during that time including a Co-op run. Can a moderator please tell me why this run hasen't been approved?

I was browsing this game for short WR's. Whenever I do a record that uses milliseconds I always time the record using a frame counting software. In this case I used Avidemux which is from what I understand the most widely accepted method for timing runs. On Teagan's run the clock at the bottom and the split clock are out of sync. At the start of the video the bottom clock starts on the correct frame at 0 and the splits start about 34 milliseconds later.

At the end frame the splits say 2:19.74 and the timer at the bottom says 2:20.10. The clock at the bottom and the splits are still not synced up and are now .36 apart.

When I have the software count the frames instead of using the timers it says the segment is 2:20.307 and not 2:20.018 like the record indicates. It would seem to me that since the timers are both wrong and seem to get further out of sync as the video progresses that frame counting is the only accurate method of verifying this time.

EDIT / UPDATE: I just timed the second place run that is timed at 2:20.18 using two different frame counting methods. Avidemux and www.watchframebyframe.com and the time was 02:19.83 using both methods.

Does the Any Clear category include co-op runs? If not can we please add a co-op category?

@Saxman2012 said he had a run he was going to upload. I saw his video on YouTube and it is a bit faster than the run we have recorded. I don't want to upload our run just to have it beaten immediately when he uploads. I am going to wait awhile for him to surface before uploading.

Those types of things are usually added as a tab on a particular rom set. It's easy to add if the mod is watching this forum.
