I've tried to find out how to do a true reset because I wanna run genocide again but everytime I do it, it doesnt work it keeps coming up with the wind sound and I've watched youtube tutorials on how to do it and none of them work. I've cleared the text for the system_information_962 and then deleted the remotecache.vdf like the video here said. And then when i open steam and open Undertale, it still doesn't work. make sure the cloud sync on steam is deactivated for undertale, or else itll keep using the saves on the cloud

delete steam.api.dll and all steam related files in your Undertale folder
