A problem like a category like that is what restrictions you should have. If no cheats are allowed then it'll be a slightly different version of any%. But it cheats or something else is allowed then it would make the run more independent, at the cost of the routing probably not being that interesting

The cheat that unlocks all levels is allowed, and there could be an alternate version of Chest% where you have to use (or watch/listen) to all of the extras as well. maybe called SuperChest%

C'mon its not as bad as you think it is, i think it would be a great way to familiarize yourself with the chest locations for 100% and 200% and it could be well routed. (i would at least try to route it)

It does help with 100%, but the problem is, no one runs 100% in the first place

no one runs 100% and i guarantee no one will run chest%. even if someone does, they'll do one run and it'll never be optimised because it'll probably only take you one run to memorise it anyway.

I think that Chest% category wouldn't be a good idea. Sorry SpongeBob SpeedPants, but anyone will ever want to run this category. There is only a little bunch of people that ran 100%. Chest% would be just a simple parody of 100%, where you don't have to worry about collecting all tokens.

And yeah, I know, this topic has been closed, but I just wanted to share my opinion, keep calm, I'm not dumb. 🙂
