Try to mash A when you hit the ground and not all the time. Also you should switch to 70 star if you want to get good at the game.
Mash A when Mario's feet hit the stairs and try do it in a rhythm. Also try to line yourself up with the door properly and not be at an angle
what i do is i try and get a straight angle and mash as hard as i can and if nothing works try a new controller
I personally twitch my finger to mash A. It makes me go CRAZY fast. Downside is, my wrist hurts if I do it too much, I also end up clipping into the wall by TTC so I have to moonwalk XD I'm probably gonna try 70 star myself after I get 20xx on 16. GL fam ;3

You said on of your streams you use wii classic controller and with that controller you cannot blj (at least I don't think you can)
If you wish to replace your twitch highlights with reuploads, please edit your already verified run rather than deleting the verified run and making a new submission. This makes it a lot easier for us to track which submissions are reuploads and should be less work on your part as well.
