Rule: Audible game audio.

As far as I am aware, as long as you can hear the game audio, you're fine. Doesn't matter if you have other music or even background noise so long as the game audio is clear.

Yeah, although the mods are probably not super strict about it, just play it safe and make sure the game audio is audible. It would really suck to get a really good run/PB and it gets rejected simply because the game audio wasn't audible.

My top 5 16 star emu run was verified yesterday and im listening to music the entire vod. Long as game audio is audible youre good. background music/sound is fine.
