Faster way to do Police HQ?

Before i start to explain anything i'm not sure has this been found earlier before and found either useless/slower or not RTA reliable.

There is away to be able to stand on the side where you are suppose to be crawling. Sadly floor isn't solid. (at least where i checked) and you either fall OoB where you die or the game pulls you to cage where Dimitri is or back to the other side of the table. Luckily props are solid though so you can jump on top of them. Also on the other side of the table there is no invisible wall so you can walk trough it back to the other side of the table where Dimitri is. I'm not sure is this faster than crawling normally though and i'm not sure was the route i use the fastest. I also haven't figured out setup so i don't know how much time it takes to get on the table. I did this on PSN download version. Here is video:

After about 30 min of attempting, I deem this to not be RTA viable without a proper setup

I tried to optimize the pathing a bit. A quick timing suggests that a flawless, instant clip should save somewhere around 5s.

So what happens, or how/why does this happen? In Sly 2 and Sly 3, whenever a character is put in a tight spot where they don't fit, the game tries to push them out. In Sly 1 this is strictly known as catapults, or proxies, but in Sly 2 and 3 it's more like clipping or zipping. The character clips out, often through walls or something similar. The momentum is often carried, if in combination with i.e. running or paragliding, a clip will result in a more traditional proxy launch.
