What counts as free dlc items?
Quick question, what are the free dlc items? Is it talking about the stuff you get from resident evil biohazard?
Also, am I allowed to block while using a recovery item to cancel the animation and still get the effects in glitchless?

You can't use the Survival Resources Pack, which includes some ammo for the handgun and the shotgun + a heal i think. And yes you can block cancel the healing animation
