New to speed runs. How would I record my run? Mixer? What’s acceptable?
What’s acceptable? I can’t use a overlay with my X. The only thing I see is to record with mixer. What does everyone else use??
you can use Open Broadcaster Software. It can also capture the framerate if you do Display Capture or allow the recording of overlays within the game capture
If you're on console I think you'll have to either stream your run and submit VODs, or get a capture card and record gameplay onto a computer. I assume you're on Xbox, otherwise I'm not sure what "my X" is. If you're on PC however, Trance is right that OBS is the best option.
