EDIT: Uploaded and linked a new vid explaining/showing properly from start to finish how to do it.

So I did this by accident, and figured out how to replicate it. I was playing as Claire and managed to get to Orphanage from the start of the game in 6 minutes.

I did record a sloppy recording of it, but I just did it again and took screenshots. I am uploading to youtube as I type this.

How did I do it? I lagged my game out. I loaded a few really long youtube vids and paused them, then I went into the game and it slowed the loading down. I also had some torrents that were seeding, but I dont know if the uploading also helped with this. And thats it. Here is a link to what it should look like when done correctly.

Yeah uh, not sure what 1970s intel CPU you're using with it's onboard graphics, along with a hard disc from the paleolithic era, but that's not really how slowing down a game works in my mind, but i entertained it and gave it a try, my PC has a lot of power to it, so i swapped the game over to a dying HDD, de-overlocked my system, loaded up nearly every program i've got in the background, and had 50 of those 10 hour youtube videos open, as well as netflix that i was actually watching, all on google chrome, and just to stress my CPU out even more i recorded it locally too, game ran fine, no graphical glitches no loading errors, nothing.

Plus, i could be wrong, but downloading and uploading will both have no effect on your systems loading times, that's your internet speed, unless you're streaming the game over wifi from another device.

XTerminator, you need to be uploading any torrent file. When I turned my torrents off, the glitch didn't work because things were loading on time, or just about on time. I can't understand how it works, but when I switched on seeding a torrent at around 2-3MiB/s, then the glitch worked, every time.

Watch the vid, my fps isn't hit by this.

If someone could replicate this and figure out how and why the game acts like this with these conditions then perhaps more people can do it.

Probably due to stressing your HDD (torrents write & read from it, youtube videos, writing on your HDD (if it's all done on your System HDD)), causing loadings to take longer than they are supposed to, thus preventing the RDP from loading fast enough and having collisions.

Anderson, for me its definitely repeatable. I've recorded it many times and have done it many times without recording. I gave up on library and sewer OOB methods because its just too difficult to get the zombie to bite properly.

If Eleval is correct, I'd like to see someone else try this method to see if it works for them.

I agree. While it is interesting you can OOB the game by not loading some areas (reminds me of Uncharted lmao), the fact it requires third party "tools" to be accomplished makes it instantly invalid.

Yeah I think so too. I just wanted to share because the more knowledge we share, the quicker someone hopefully finds easier skips rather than the current air-walking ones because those are hard for me to execute consistently lol.
